Yobe State University, YSU post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise application form for the 2018/2019 academic session is now on sale.
YSU post UTME minimum cut-off mark is 150.
From the office of the Registrar, Yobe State University, Damaturu, this is to inform all candidates who apply for admission through UTME that there will be screening exercise for those who chose Yobe State University as their FIRST CHOICE with an aggregate score of 140 and above.
Date for Direct Entry and 2nd choice UTME candidates will be communicated in due course
Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME Screening will not be considered for admission.

Eligibility For YSUPost UTME 2018/2019
Candidates who made Yobe State University their first choice in the 2018/2019 UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible for screening. In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
Sales of Scratch cards and On-line registration commences Soon.
Examination schedule: Date and venue for the examination will be indicated on candidates’ Post-UTME registration slip.
NOTE: Furthermore, note that only candidates that pay and register for the prescribed Post-UTME examination will be considered for admission.

Departmental Screening
Candidates are to report to the Department of their First Choice as from Monday 16th to Wednesday, 25th July, 2018 with the following credentials:
- Post UTME Screening Registration Slip
- Original JAMB UTME Result Slip
- SSCE Results, i.e. WAEC, NECO or their equivalent ( at not more than two sittings}.
- Certificate of Local Government Indigeneship
- Primary School Certificate
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
